When I'm with Michelle, I am always having the best time ever. We've been friends since high school and whenever we're together we're just two silly kids quoting obscure lines from the Simpsons-- well, she's mostly spot-on with the quotes and I'm nodding my head just barely remembering the episode. We've shared many laughs and confided with each other during hard times over the years. It means a lot to me to have Michelle standing with me on my wedding day.

Shreya and i have been friends since college. Over the years I've learned that no matter the distance, our friendship keeps growing. Even though she's traveled the country, shifting from coast to coast, when we see each other it's like no time passed at all. We can talk for hours together, sometimes over nonsense, but sometimes not so much nonsense. Like this one time, we got so carried away, we were on the phone while I was sitting in the driveway in my car, talking right through the strongest earthquake that ever hit Yorba Linda. In an effort to not sound like chatty girls, I just want to point out that Shreya's also real smart and stuff. I am overjoyed of her recent marriage (to a very lucky guy) and am honored to have her with me on my wedding day.

I've had the pleasure of sharing lots of fun memories while in college and after with Alex. She's who I call on when I have no idea how to handle things. She's a constant optimist, with an open mind and an open heart and a sublime ability to understand and make me feel better no matter what. Apart from her loving nature, she's also a brilliant and hardworking professional and I am honored to have her be part of the ceremony.

Daisy and I have been friends since high school. We share a lot of similar interests and a quirky sense of humor. She's been there for me through tough times and have never failed to make me smile every time we are together. I'll never forget when I was in my early twenties, still grief stricken over the loss of my big brother, stranded in college without a car, she (along with my other best friend, Tricia Galiano -- shout out to Trish!) came to see me and took me to visit my bro at Forest Lawn. Sorry for the weepy story, but I cherish Daisy and Trish, I am lucky to have such great friends in my life. Oh, and I am ecstatic for Daisy as she, and her husband Joe, are embarking on a beautiful new journey into parenthood!

Since high school Tim & I have been like brothers. Jamming on guitars and going on camping trips in the desert. You might catch us trading horrible insults at each other, but it's all in good fun. Tim may be rough around the edges but in his heart he's a compassionate guy with the soul of an artist.

Back in junior high Brian & I wandered through the hills, shooting everything in sight with BB guns. Later on, many road trip hours were put in together, including an all night drive through a Utah blizzard. Brian's dedication to his family and friends is exemplary, and I'm proud to be a part of that.

Kurt has been an inspiration to me in his ability to live life just how he pleases; making a big leap early on, moving out to Washington, and being closer to nature. His collection of kitschy antiques and completely retro lifestyle makes me wish I could be so free.

Marshal is all about rock n' roll and has no filter. We spent many teenage afternoons blowing up fireworks, building electric guitars and pushing his cars' ablities to their limit. Nowadays we're more likely to hit up a secret fishing spot and down a few beers. I love you as a brother!

Sean, better known as Fishbone, has served as a voice of reason to me for many years. If I'm ever in a panic he's always good for some sage advice, even if that advice is to have another beer. We've shared many adventures together in the wilderness; including almost killing ourselves trying to mountain bike through Joshua Tree in the middle of summer. Sean's commitment to family and humanity is a guiding light, which makes him the obvious choice as the conductor of our ceremony.
